Wheatland Senior Apartments delivers 31 affordable units designed for older adults, developed by Pacific West Communities. Serving households at 30%–60% of AMI, the project was supported by $1.06M in annual federal tax credits. Beyond the numbers, Wheatland marked an important step for PFLE as our first senior housing project and our first three-story walkup. The experience established a foundation we’ve since applied to many similar builds, reinforcing our ability to adapt engineering solutions to new housing types and resident needs.
