Pacific Crest Commons

Pacific Crest Commons is a new affordable housing project situated at the intersection of Highway 89 and Interstate 80, in Truckee Gateway. The development comprises of two 3-story buildings offering a total of 55 multi-family units, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom configurations, catering to a range of needs. Along with the residences, the community also includes a community room, meeting spaces, leasing offices, and secure bike storage. The project prioritizes a sense of community, with a generous interior area spanning 61,800 square feet, including 2,930 square feet dedicated to community use. Outdoor amenities include play spaces, picnic areas, and public art displays. The provision of 79 surface parking spaces ensures convenient access for both residents and visitors alike. Our team contributed MEP/FA professional engineering services to this project, underscoring our commitment to affordable housing solutions that uplift communities.
