Michelle Murdock
VP of Operations

Michelle serves as Vice President of Operations, drawing on more than two decades in logistics, supply chain, and production-focused environments. She develops systems and processes that support efficient project delivery and make collaboration easier for both teams and clients. Michelle excels at anticipating project needs and putting structure in place that keeps work moving without unnecessary friction. Her calm, consistent leadership style creates trust across internal teams and long-standing client relationships. Michelle’s operational insight strengthens PFLE’s ability to deliver work that is organized, dependable, and ready to build.

Rick Murdock
Co-Founder

Rick brings more than 40 years of experience in modular construction, manufacturing, and building operations across the United States and Canada. He has led multiple manufacturing divisions and overseen the delivery of thousands of modular projects, with a focus on scalable production and consistent execution. Before co-founding PFL Engineering and Prefab Logic, Rick served as Co-Founder and COO of Guerdon Enterprises, where he advanced large-scale, multi-story modular housing. He later co-founded Autovol, the industry’s first automated modular factory, helping drive greater precision and efficiency across the industry.

Curtis Fletcher
Co-Founder

As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Curtis brings over 30 years of experience in modular design, manufacturing, and project delivery. He is recognized for advancing modular best practices and guiding hundreds of projects throughout the western United States and Canada. Curtis blends product design knowledge with a strategic understanding of how buildings are planned and produced. He helps PFLE identify new opportunities, refine processes, and strengthen partnerships across the industry. Curtis continues to influence PFLE’s long-term direction and its role in shaping the future of modular and traditional construction.

Susie Ragle
CFO

As CFO, Susie contributes more than 30 years of experience spanning accounting, project oversight, and IT systems. She leads PFLE’s financial planning and operational reporting with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and long-term stability. Susie is especially skilled at improving workflows and implementing systems that help teams work more efficiently. Her background across public accounting, manufacturing, and small business finance gives her a broad understanding of how organizations grow and adapt. Susie’s thoughtful problem-solving and steady decision-making support PFLE’s continued expansion.
