The Crash Champions facility in Surprise, Arizona, is a ground-up collision repair center designed to support bodywork, paint, and glass repair services. As part of a growing national program, the facility required strict adherence to brand and operational standards. PFLE provided full MEP engineering services to ensure systems met the demands of a high-throughput repair center while aligning with national requirements. This project represented a milestone as our first non-multifamily build and the beginning of our work with national chain clients, proving PFLE’s ability to bring the same constructible, coordinated approach to a new market sector.
