Alvarado Creek Apartments is a 227-unit affordable housing community developed by Pacific West Communities. The project includes a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with 225 designated affordable homes serving households earning 30%–70% of AMI.
Backed by $7.3M in annual federal tax credits and $88M in tax-exempt bond financing, construction is scheduled from June 2025 to June 2027. For PFLE, this was a milestone project—the largest in our portfolio at the time—delivered on the same timeline as smaller builds, showcasing the strength of our sprint-based workflow.
